1 year experienced BOA here, expectations were huge before joining ZS and the situation is completely reverse out here other than left and anti joins couldn't see any potential consulting work done by me during this tenure. Is it the same case with all, if not please suggest possible explore/move options?

First year lit associate here. I had a tough time deciding between corporate and lit and chose lit because I wanted to litigate. I’ve asked for work but no luck. I know they say this is normal for a stub but when should I start getting worried and consider looking for exit options?
