My BGV process at Optum has been in progress for almost 3 weeks. I joined before 2 weeks.

Today I try to access the HireRight portal, it shows: "This employment screening request is no longer available."

Has anyone experienced this? Does it indicate that the BGV process is complete,or is it still under internal review?

I checked with HR, and they mentioned that the BGV team will reach out if anything is required from my side.

I’m hoping someone might have some ideas about this- I’m currently five years out of law school with a clerkship, a tax LLM, 3 years of experience doing transactional tax work and a few months of EC/VC experience (which I recently switched to from tax). I like the EC/VC work, but I don’t know how long I want to stay in biglaw. Can anyone weigh in on how employers for in-house roles might look at my experience in a year or two?

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?
