Attorneys 😆 Just kidding. I love 99% of the ones I worked with. What annoyed me the most was having to email them over and over and over to get answers on things. Pre-covid, some barely came into the office, so chasing them down via phone or email was always a challenge.

When they don’t take me seriously when I warn them about turn-around times or other procedural requirements of government agencies and it inevitably derails a deal or delays a closing, and somehow it’s still my fault.

Not a paralegal but deal with attorneys all day.

Former paralegal. It was the attorneys. Working with attorneys was the worst part. We suck.

Because my is fueled by spite and I will become more successful than the rude ones. I hoped to one day have the opportunity to be in a position to hire one in particular and either not or hire and subsequently fire him.

How do you handle the next day after being up until 4am the night before on a deal? My other deal teams don’t know I was up so late, but obviously I’m going to be much slower in the morning. It sounds whiny to say “sorry for the delay I was up all night” when everyone else is also so busy...

I was thinking conditional format, but it’s identifying duplicate labels. I have over 80,000 cells, so extracting URLs manually isn’t going to work for me.
