My district received some additional funding and is creating three temporary Personalized learning coaches to help implement MTSS throughout our district. I am moving into one of these temporary positions and am curious if anyone else's districts are doing anything similar?

I’m a first-time prospective lateral likely to get an offer shortly. I just received a lateral questionnaire that requests billable hours, rates, fees collected, etc. for the last three years. Forgive my ignorance but is this normal/standard? Do people actually answer these honestly? I feel like at times i’m running against newbies in the industry that are just flying by the seat of their pants. How can I shine as an experienced professional even though IT is still relatively (2 years) new to me ?

My coworker consistently comes in 30min -1hr late every day. Plus they have the balls to take long 1hr or more lunches AND leave early. Our manager doesn't seem to notice. How do I bring this up?
