Huh, I had no idea my phone has a bedtime mode. I have the worst time stopping myself from picking it up every 5 minutes when I can't sleep. I'll give it a shot, thanks.
I've been using mines for 6 months and I sleep so much good and I still pick up my phone and it doesn't bother me good luck
That sounds like a good strategy, I'll try it.
This advice is adequate, but iPhones bring the option of bedtime, where it not only watches your sleep but is also able to avoid certain things so that you do not lose sleep, also the color of the screen becomes dimmer.
Sleep is something that must be respected and your advice seems to me to be very accurate, in this way your mind creates the habit that these are the hours of sleep.
I started doing this a few months ago. Big difference!
