My employer (an SRA Authorised Training Provider) has launched a Legal Graduate Program. We are taking registrations of interest from recently qualified/close to qualifying graduates seeking either I) qualifying work experience and/or I) in house training contract opportunities.
We are keen to promote the in house training contract route to qualify. Currently, we have shared this info on LinkedIn, Uni of Law and BPP university. Where would you recommend promoting these opportunities?

I am a 3rd year insurance defense attorney with product and premise liability experience. Due to long-COVID, I am likely to lose my job.

The plan is to find a government position that would involve more substantive litigation and trial work, then leverage that into the private sector a few years down the line.

I have few queries can anyone please help me regarding this.
In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.
