I worked in Civil Litigation years prior to my work in legislation. Usually governments, in my case municipalities, refer their litigation to outside, usually international law firms. However, the benefits are great. The pay is not the best but benefits are well worth it.

Feeling frustrated and hopeless. My L1A renewal was denied after premium processing and a RFE.I can remain waiting for the AOS filled in August 2021 into Texas Service center. I will have to go to an unpaid leave until EAD is received. Biometrics taken in October and i140 approved in September 2021. -Any idea how long does it take the EAD since the biometrics? -the company can keep the unpaid leave only for 3 months, can that impact my AOS application? Are your aware of possible options? TY
