My job hunt isn't going so well. Last week, I applied to 50 jobs and customized my resume for each one. The only response I got back was two rejections. I'm thinking of trying something new. Should I start using a general resume to apply to more places since I'm open to a wide range of jobs?

Absolutely, go for it! I'm all about trying out different things and seeing which works. The nerd in me enjoys optimizing and tweaking things to improve them and see if I get more or better responses. You might as well try, what's the harm that could happen?

Depends on your definition of a general resume. If it fits with a lot of the postings that you are already going for, it might make sense. My concern is that with the job market being difficult already, not sure it gives you that edge that might be needed. But I understand not spending forever customizing when that doesn’t seem to get you anywhere either.

Guys in PF claim, have this happened to you!?

I had made a request for full PF claim from my previous company Capgemini .. it’s been 12+ days Status is - Sent to On field and under process
But for some reason for 1 month, Junes PF contribution has been made Null / 0 now! It was there when I had submitted a request for it!

Now my claim request is more than Money available in my account lol! Is it by mistake?
