My LWD in Comcast is on jan 2026. Would Comcast give me the annual variable pay on pro rata basis or only to those who are on payroll till April/May?

Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr.
