What are we? Some kinda suicide squad?
I had an online assessment round at Intuit and then a technical round. Both went good. But its been 15 days I am yet to hear back from them. Does intuit send closure/rejection email or is it just implicit? also what is the cooling period for intuit ? and what should be the expected ctc if things go right? If you have three different joining dates with a one-month gap, you can join the first organization, understand which stack you are getting trained on, and see how things are.
If you like it, stay.
If not, abscond and join the next organization.
If you believe you have great luck, then feel free to pick any one organization and test it.
Suggestion:
As a fresher, don’t worry about whether the job will be hectic or not. Instead, focus on the technology stack you will be learning and whether it pushes you to grow.
Every organization feels hectic when you don’t have the skills.
First of all, don’t abscond. They may manipulate the EPS date, and if it overlaps with your new organization, it could be considered moonlighting. In that case, no company will hire you. I would suggest joining any company for now, as there are very few jobs in the market, and I’m not sure whether you have received a joining date from any of the companies you mentioned. I would say LTM should be your last option.
Pro
LTM last option.
No project... Training not good. Lot pressure on bench..
Avoid LTI.. Otherwise u will get shock in beginning.
Must must Avoid LTM
Join cognizant not sure how the training is now but one of my friend's friend had joined in 2017 and he worked in many different projects in the span of 2.5 years.. exposure was good
