I got an offer from Accenture for 32 lpa fixed.

Can I take it?( saw some comments about pip here and there so skeptical), I need job security(single parent) and the pay would helpIBM Accenture India

Anyone dealt with age discrimination at work or thought they were fired because of it? I have a strong hunch I was let go because I'm older than most of the team and they're trying to get a "fresh perspective." To me it just sounds like they're firing anyone over 50.

I’ve practiced litigation in DC for about 5+ years at a larger plaintiffs’ firm, and am considering a switch to a defense firm. Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be? For reference, the firm has a 1900 billable hour requirement and the partner said I would have “no problem” fulfilling that based on the work they have.

The company I am working for wasn’t what I saw when I started. I made a mistake being a manager.
