Capg offered 10 lpa but they wanted an early joining. I told them I'll try to negotiate but my np is 90 day. Hr told They wont revoke offer even if I dont join early. I told them I will try to join 5th May but my LWD is 2nd June. Capg Client is pushing and asking me joining timeline. They are eager to onboard me since I went through 5 rounds.Can I ask them(client directly or HR) 12 lpa and mention Joining date as 3rd June?

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?
