How much money would you want to have before purchasing an apartment? I am considering buying an investment property, I have enough cash to purchase outright but it would basically decimate my savings. Mortgage is not an option as I would be purchasing in another country.

It’s not much compared to most of the posts I’ve seen in this bowl, but I finally hit $10k NW after I started working FT in August.
