PwC Toronto assurance: being offered a job as a transfer from the US. I’ll be transferring as a senior associate 1 (aka this is my promo year). I was offered X$ as a salary for a supervisor role. I asked for 10k more as a counter and received a greater breakdown of the correct pay being offered. With bonuses and shift diff it comes to maybe 5k more. That is only if the bonuses and overtime bonuses kick in. Do I still go with my original counter? This is very confusing for me.
