Gave interview for EY GDS M level. The interviewer paused the meeting in between and called one of his team members to take interview. The other team member took my interview on first person's laptop. First person was eating kurkure sitting behind. Both were from Gurgaon. Pathetic experience. EY

Has anyone here been involved in a technical interview run by karat.com , either as a candidate or as a user of their platform? What was your experience like ? I spoke informally with a friend the other day who went through the process - the technical interviewer could not answer the technical questions themselves !
Anyone from Gartner can provide the interview process? I’ve had interviews, in the following order, recruiter, team panel, and hiring manager. Everything has been promising and I’m feeling confident about it so far( at least from my perspective). It’s been a little over a week since the interview with hiring manager and last communication with recruiter. My anxiety is high not knowing who what to expect next.
I need 💛💚❤️ to DM. Lil’ help?
Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?
Once I submitted an online application in November 2012.
I got an email in 2021 from the employer asking me if I was interested. Lmao.
But most likely expect no response. If you hear something, great.
In my experience, smaller companies follow up with you within a few days, if you haven't heard back in 2 weeks you aren't getting a call. Larger companies can take longer, sometimes a month or more.
In very rare cases you might get a call months, or even years, later, but those are rare.
Almost never, if you haven’t spoken to a person first. Online apps are blackholes.
It works sometimes. I don’t rely on it.
Accounting Manager 1 is spot on. I remember applying for a job at Google in 2017 and didn’t get a follow-up for an interview until a year later. But with smaller companies I would usually get a follow-up for my application a few days or at max a week later.
After 1-2 months. I just had interviews in September for roles I applied to late July.
With large companies my usual experience is about a month but more on the longer side
