Need to vent:
I am the only woman in my team (boss also male) and responsible for ca 100 employees.
When I questioned some "everyday manners" as too rough, my boss told me I am too nice/sensitive.
Now I am driving an extremely fact based performance management case with a (male) bully on my team, and the guy cried about it to my boss. Now suddenly, according to my boss, I am too rigorous and put too much pressure... 🤷🏼‍♀️

TL;DR: as a female boss, you are either too nice or the b*tch
