Ordinary jumped on the overpriced eggs phenomenon and came up with a super fun idea. While I love the idea, I don't think it aligns with Ordinary's brand values which is a vegan company. Do you think the weight of this message outweighs the need for attention to veganism or do you think they slipped up over here? Either way, I think it's sad and funny at the same time that normal-priced eggs are now a PR stunt :D

That's a good question. I don't think I'd suggest this idea if I were working for the brand, but tbh, I think it works despite that lack of alignment on brand values.

I saw this and couldn't believe it honestly. To be honest it seems like part of that "greed-flation" and it makes me respect the company a lot less. Taking advantage of how normal people are struggling to afford groceries and eggs in particular is super uncool to me.

I think it's obnoxious and utterly tone deaf. The cheapest form of attention seeking is to try to jump on a trend. And most of the time it's something harmless, so it can come off as all in good fun. But doing a weekend of pretending you care about grocery prices impacted by avian flu is weird and reads as dumb.

Hey guys ,
I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

Does anyone remember flat, round water bottles from the early 1990s? Like for school kids? They had some kind of ice pack that you would freeze and it kept your water cool. And then you would squeeze it to drink?
I think they came in neon colors?

Hi Fishes I have been interviewing with Microsoft for the role of Product Manager done with 4 rounds.

I got a mail that I'm rejected

I reached out to the HR Team they mentioned, role is on hold along with many other roles
