Over the past three to four months, I have been actively applying for positions at Capgemini, as several open roles align with my skill set and experience outlined in the job descriptions. Despite a strong match, with approximately 90% of the requirements met, I have yet to receive any communication from Capgemini. Furthermore, the application status consistently closes without any feedback. I am seeking clarification on whether Capgemini is actively recruiting or not.

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days.
