I've been working at GDS for around 5 months now and I've never seen any emails on the number of days per week I need to go to the office. My question is can I check my adherence and also what happens if I fall behind the required number of work from office days per month?

Hello folks, has Mindtree started with Return to office or hybrid working model? Can I get longterm wfh even after office starts? Or say 1 week of wfh as per our need with manager's approval? How much is the flexibility in this regard?

I am new to EY. What is EY GDS promotion policy in general?
Where can we get those details to check the required and expected things to go the next level?
How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?
How many months/years minimum we need to spend to be eligible for promotion (ex: minimum 1 year a person need to spend on one grade like that)

I am writing this message besides the staff group of EY GDS. Specifically Staff -1 at assurance level. I would request everyone to spare few minutes and read it -

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

1. I got HC this year and last year, this year I got promoted, still my variable pay bonus % was same both years, is it a default method for all or its controlled by Managers ?

2. Will HC hike with and without promotion will also be same ?
