Extremely. Give it a year or two, and remember that most other folks in the company likely feel similarly.
Yes. I always tell my new hires it takes 6 months at least to feel like you have a decent understanding of the role. There is a massive difference between law firm and in house. Yes, you're still a lawyer, but it's absolutely not the same job.
