Thanks a lot! I learned from you and offered 6 hour time slots for several days.
I would do it in one day unless you have a real need for it to be on two days (eg for kids or something). Don’t split it across two days just because you think 5 hours is a long time.
What VPL1 said below!
I prefer to get the interviews over with in one day. From my experience, the only reason to spread them over multiple days is the schedules of the interviewers.
I agree with what Attorney 2 said below. If everyone interviews you in the same day, they will probably have more efficient and thoughtful feedback. Spreading it out, especially with multiple days in between, means you’re going to be forgotten or potentially mixed up with other candidates. For my own purposes, I like preparing once and only once for an interview day rather than getting nervous and having to prep multiple times.
Thanks for sharing your perspective!

Been on both sides I think 1 day is better. For you and them. Split days may scatter the perspectives about you if your initial interviewers didn’t take great notes or provide immediate feedback. As the interviewee in back to back interviews you tend to get the best view of the company and also a chance to build on your knowledge throughout the day and potentially clarify any early missteps.
Thanks for the rationale!
If you happen to have client-requested meetings mysteriously showing up on your calendar after you scheduled the whole day interview, what should you do? Thanks!
Block the entire day off for a doctor’s appointment. Nobody should ask any questions.
How many rounds of in house interviews usually will be? Is this a legitimate question to ask someone? If so, who? Thanks!
Thanks! I think the recruiter told me there will be three rounds.
