I have been smoking pack a day, a few months after starting consulting. Stress might just be an excuse but results were bad. I’m recently starting to feel the energy level going down, loss of concentration and loss of taste etc. hence got very serious about it. Allen Carr’s East way has been helping me so far. I have reduced significantly but we know it’s not the goal. I hope by the end of this book I am a happy non smoker. 🤘
Start working out. When you can't run on the treadmill for 5 mins straight, you feel miserable and slowly the craving will go away.
