This feels like a low offer: Sr Software Engineer Base: $125k. Stock: $50k/4 years. Bonus 0-20%. I have 6 YOE.

How old were you when your salary surpassed $50k/yr?

Yearly reviews are coming up. How should we handle conversations about salary when we feel we deserve a higher salary and are trying to grow with our company?

Looking for salary insights for cardiac sonographer positions in the eastern PA/tri-state area. Recent grad with 6 months under my belt.

I got selected in KPMG and getting a good 70% hike but i think i lowballed myself when the HR once again asked yesterday if i'm okay with the package. I immediately said i'm okay as they already accepted my initial quote and pushing them for more would be a greedy move.

but the thought that i could have gone for a higher package if i wasnt overwhelmed by their "we care for you" gesture is making me anxious.

This is my 1st shot at Big 4, so i am already excited & nervous.
