What does Shadow Hardlock mean?
Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

At my last job, we had flexible hours and team outings that really helped everyone bond. It made a big difference in our work life and overall morale!

I have had this in one of my jobs and agree, it really helps the team bond and when it come to hard days or difficult issues team becomes very supportive.
At my former company we had a lot of health and wellness type perks. It was nice of them to offer that, but to be honest I never really took advantage of much of it. I tend to just exercise on my own and I've never been one for yoga classes and that sort of activity. My current employer is a lot stingier with perks, but that doesn't bother me, they would probably just be more things I don't need or use.

I was the same with the yoga classes initially, tbh it was one of my colleagues who took me on those classes and I loved it. My learning was use it if you don't like it then not use it.
