Everyone is different, but here's my mindset when I was employed. "tomorrow is another day, this won't matter later". There were some days where a customer said something that stuck but it eventually goes away. I hope this helps and wish you best of luck

Honestly, it’s hard to not take it personal. I really have to talk myself down, “it wasn’t me, it was them” and clear my mind of it. It’s hard sometimes, but if you don’t, it will consume you and that’s not good
