I noticed that there isn’t much clarity on the yearly hike process for UST employees, so I wanted to share my experience to provide some insights. This month marks my completion of one year at UST & have received a 5% hike on my current CTC, The entire increment is in the fixed component with no change in the variable pay. Based on this, it seems that UST typically provides a hike in the range of 4% to 7%. I hope this helps. UST

Hi Folks,
I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
Now half of the people I asked saying I won't get salary for August as well and half saying i will get salary for August. Can anyone confirm on this?
