How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. Although the team has asked me to invest some time in learning Java but I’m skeptical about all of this as the position is Data Engineer II so not sure how the expectations will change. I got an offer in Singapore for 4k SGD per month. I have 3.4 years of experience in IT Audit and also did masters in specialization with Information Security and hold two certs. I currently earn approx 12 L per annum ( fixed + bonus) in India. Do you think it's a good offer. Also my expectations were 6k SGD or more per month. But the HR said I would never be able to find that in the market.

I got offer from IBM in my home location itself, with 18.5LPA fixed for 9 yea in automation testing.
