I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. Has anyone had problems getting their Hubspot blog to rank? I’ve tried everything- no blatant robots.txt blockages and we’ve been consistently blogging for over a year. Seems to be the issue with only pages on Hubspot and not when we post pages to their primary domains on Wordpress!

I'm a current AC at my agency but looking to switch departments. I'm torn between applying to the SEM specialist role vs the social media specialist role.
