Most businesses will get deluged by cold. Calls. Heck, I get *so* many pitches on LI asking if I need to buy backlinks and I'm an AD Technical SEO for an agency.
Depends on your market but honestly going offline might be worth a look. Is there a niche you're focused on? Where would owners/decision makers of that business go?
The problem with those methods is everyone else is doing it. No one wants someone coming at them out of nowhere especially when they likely don't have anything of value from the first contact.
Look at your numbersnij your outreach process. Os anyone responding to you only to fall off on the second contact with them? Maybe you're shooting too high when you should be looking at lower end folks? I mean that in a respectful way. I often see folks with little to no experience trying to get in with larger orgs. Not saying that's you but be careful with that.
As the Tinuitian (did I spell that right? 👀) said, try free work or at least find a business that is in need and usually doesn't have the funds. A nonprofit, even a well known one, is a great place to provide value and they'll likely take your on.
