Can someone give me a real answer (more than just "it's KYC stupid") as to why it takes 2-4weeks to open a bank account for an institutional client?

What do young single people do other then date and hang with friends?

I am currently waiting for the job offer for a consulting firm but I was told it could take several months. Between now and then, I have plenty of time for myself. What should I be doing to prepare myself for the new job? Any recommendations for newsletter/industry reports/books/ coursea courses? Thank you all!

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

Recently got an offer from KPMG. But the offer letter is in their portal with no KPMG letterhead or signatures. Next thing is there is no joining details like reporting office or whom should I report to on joining date. I have tried to contact HR via mail/ call. No response. What to do?
