I work for a small business, therefore I do all the on boarding paperwork/payroll. Any advice is appreciated.

I've been in PeopleOps (mostly focused on TA Ops) for over 9 years now. Hi fishes. Is it a fact that PWC payscale is relatively low compared to other Big4s?
I have been approached by PwC HRs twice in last 2 months, both times they did not even shortlist me stating that my expected CTC is high.
YoE =6.5yrs + 2yrs tier2-MBA
Expected CTC= 1.4x
2nd time they approached, I even brought down my exp CTC to 1.3x. Still they said PwC does not have budget.
I already have offer of 1.45x from another Big4. Its only PwC that is not budging. :(

Thoughts on this offer: Amazon AWS L6 Sr. Engagement Mgr Proserv $291k TC Atlanta Area. I have 20 YOE/MBA.
I applied for a L7 Principal Eng. mgr role and provided $350k-$450k TC range. Was offered the L6 Sr. Engagement Mgr role $29k K TC.
- Base $190k, $90k Y1, $68k Y2, 80 RSU
RSU valued at $222k based on $2.5k (30day avg + 15% YOY growth) - actual value $2.1k today.
Any advice on negotiation? Interviewer says max $200k Base/$300k TC Atlanta area. Is $225k base/$350k TC feasible?

What trainings have you done and do you think it was beneficial in growing your career AND skills?
P.S. I know SHRM is somewhat industry standard but I’m open to all!

I'm getting a MAcc to career change to forensic accounting. What opportunities are available to me with a data analytics heavy MAcc? I'm also tacking on 2 graduate certificates in Applied Statistics and International Economic Policy? For those in the field, would that be useful or not useful (i.e. waste of time)? I'm interested in investigations but also analytics, financial modeling, and expert witness services. Throw in salary potential for bonus points. I'll be getting my CPA, CFE, and CAMS.
How difficult is the CIPP/US certification exam?
I'm an experienced Generalist/HRBP for an extremely high volume/large org. I have a masters in HROD and SHRM-CP. My role is getting to be more and more transactional by the day, all my strategic projects get pushed to the side by the endless daily fires that are, inevitably, tracking down employees and data entry. I'm actively looking for a new role (preferably Sr generalist etc), but can't seem to stand out among the crowd. Any tips? Louisville, KY.
I have 2.5 years of experience overall and have done MBA. I'm looking for a consultant role. If somebody could give me a referral, that would be incredibly helpful.
Any PMs in Chicago looking to make a move?? We have openings and I can hook you up! DM me!
