I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?

My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload. BUT, I would like to get into underwriting. I applied for UW position w/ a different carrier and they’ve made an offer. It’s lower than my current salary and significantly lower than what I’d make by taking the first offer. Do I take the high salary and stay in claims or go for UW in hopes it will be best in long run?

I’m leaving my job soon but I’m wondering if I should be truthful when I hand in my letter of resignation. There’s a ton of reasons but it boils down to: I’m worth more than they can pay me and I need to pay off these student loans. What should I say?

@Capco what’s the comms/content space like? I’ve heard lots of mixed reviews re: consultancy jobs, but that’s not my focus.
