I have made the switch and then I switched back. I originally hated the side effects from adderall so I switched. When I first switched, I liked the fact that it wore off quicker but the crash was worse and it happened while I was working. I switched to focalin after that, which had less side effects but still came with the irritation within a few hours. I ended up ultimately switching back to adderall, which I really like and it’s the only one that didn’t have a crash for me. I think I needed to give it some time to build up a slight tolerance

Thanks 😊

I switched T Concerta (Ritalin) after taking Adderall forever. It just didn’t have the same impact so I switched back

Hopefully it works for you but it’s not for me!

Hi all! What would you do with this indoor yucca? I never expected it to live in the first place, and now she’s 5 feet tall! The stems are getting gnarly and curving. Should I trim this plant, or get some wire to help it grow straighter? Maybe this is just how they grow 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had my 1:1 with my People Lead yesterday to prepare for talent discussions. Said I had a great year - but need to work on being consistent. She said when I’m engaged it’s great but need to keep it going. I’ve mentioned my ADHD previously but I’m sure she doesn’t know all the components of what that means. We’ve had org issues - no clear role descriptions or expectations. Yes I do have a hard time staying engaged (and I’m medicated - Vyvance in the am, dextroamphetamine at noon). Thoughts?

One example of personal experience is my ongoing prep for case studies as I'm interviewing with a number of firms.
