Startups need self-starters who are willing to work really hard on a lot of different areas, for relatively low pay, and do it well. Does that describe you (especially the low pay aspect)?
Working at a startup can be great, but there's a reason why turnover is so high among startups.

Nah man. You re describing early stage startups. Not all are like that.
