Yes! Just had a baby and I remember the complete exhaustion in my third trimester. It kind of prepares you for the sleep deprivation of the fourth trimester
Yes 😭 hang in there!
I found that my inability to properly get a full night of sleep in the third trimester was much worse than any postpartum sleep deprivation. I didn’t even feel that bad physically but was so tired all the time and I couldn’t even have coffee because of aversions 😭
But it goes by fast IMO. It sucks but baby will be here soon and you just have to keep trying one day at a time and knowing it’ll end soon and you’ll have a cute little newborn at the finish line to cuddle with!
No words of wisdom but just saying you aren’t alone. Never knew this level of tired existed (albeit I’m also studying for another state’s bar exam too). Really hoping the folks who say postpartum tired is better than third trimester tired are correct 😵💫
One day at a time.
I hear you - I had to work from home most of my third trimester because I’d just randomly fall asleep at my desk and I was afraid I’d fall out of my chair lol. I resorted to working on the couch so I could pass out for 20 minutes and already be on the couch
I think this is your body’s way of saying that it’s overwhelmed 😭 I think it’s important to take a step back when you’re feeling anxious to level set, for your sake and baby’s sake.
Just do what you can! It’s so normal. It’ll be so worth it once babe comes. Hang in there. It’s so hard!
