Well....I just spent the last two hours cutting out my Class Passes and Health Office passes. It'll get me through the rest of the year and probably the first quarter of next year. My daughter says I am possibly the only teacher who does this. What do you do for passes?

Has this ever happened to you that each time you meet your bf/gf , there is extreme nervousness from both sides ? It’s a good kind of nervousness (shyness , awkwardness) and almost feels like meeting someone you have known forever for the first time?

How many dates do you give someone if you don’t feel a “spark” in the first 1-2 dates but genuinely enjoy their company (I.e. talking and learning about them etc)?

My family mistreated me when I was younger, and now that I don’t live at home, they don’t call or bother to look for me, because frankly, I think they have a hard time admitting what happened - and will never apologize to me either. If I don’t call, or occasionally go see them during the holidays, we would never talk. Some of them are growing old (health-wise), and I’m scared this entire situation is just irreparable. Has anyone ever gone through anything similar? Any advice or thoughts?
