Isn't it normal to be paid OTE during ramp-up period?

Did upload my resumes to their website but seems they do not review it from there lol. I am unable to get in touch with consultants too. upto how many relieving letter will be asked while joining a new company..example...i have changed 4 jobs...then all 4 relieving is required or only last job relieving is required ??

Very random- I need to buy my son a suit. 5’3, 120 lbs. Likely a very small sized men’s suit. He is not happy about wearing a suit so looking for a place to take him to try on lots of suits. Hi all, I’ve been taking 15mg XR in the morning and 15mg IR as needed in the afternoon for about 2 years now and it’s helped a lot, however, when I take time off I just feel so lethargic. I’ve read about people taking Wellbutrin as well. Anyone have experiences with this? I meditate and exercise as well, but I just lack energy and almost feel like the same things don’t make me happy when I’m not on my medication.

I’m in privacy at a B2C tech company. Curious what are the differences in doing privacy at a B2B. Is it more focused on privacy by design? Contracts? Is it easy to move back and forth between the different types of companies?

How much can I expect?

My current title is Buyer. I handle the purchasing of the larger categories of direct materials and train any new Buyers. I also manage outsourcing and quoting of raw materials for new business, among other things.

I am looking at taking over capacity planning for manufacturing, while keeping my previous responsibility.

What could I suggest for a new title/promotion? There isn't an existing position that I would be filling, and I want to show career growth on my resume.
