Hi Fishes I have one offer from one company which is giving me 12 lpa and as I am joining early I have asked them to give me 1lakh as a joining bonus also which they have taken into consideration.
On other hand, I have an offer from EY where they offered me 9.34 LPA. Today I mailed HR and asked for 15 overall with 13 as fixed).Do you guys think they will be able to match that. In my opinion they might die considering I have almost only a year experience as Full time Data Scientist

Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

Not sure.
That wasn't the case for me as an SDR or new AE.
Not at my company
Had offers for Google, AWS, Cloudflare and they paid 3, 3 , and 2 months OTE during ramp respectively. So top tier tech firms would for sure pay OTE.
8 months OTE ramp up? Ok being offered a 6 month unrecoverable draw. What do you think?
In enterprise. It doesn’t incentivize the rep well if they’re chasing the lowest hanging fruit because they need money. You want reps chasing big deals and a draw for 3-6 months will allow them to focus on learning the product and building a strong pipeline.

We get paid OTE while ramping
It's not normal but I would only accept jobs with companies that do.

It depends. It's referred to as a "non-recoverable draw", and it usually is good for 3 months. A "recoverable draw" is pretty much a zero interest loan - you have to pay it back when the commissions start to flow.

Yes. It's also known as a "commission guarantee"
No, it’s something I’ve always had to negotiate in during the hiring process
