What do you all think about a job not providing any training? Do you think some positions dictate that the person already come in experienced enough to acclimate with no training at all?

There is no training any more they throw you to the wolves and you survive or quit or screw up and get fired. My advice is to look around find the person that is doing the job with confidence and precision and sponge as much coaching as you can from them. Watch listen and learn from the ones who know what they are doing. That's the only training that will save you. Imho

Indeed. I guess I am expected to take my training into my own hands. Yet when I make a mistake or don’t meet their expectations, I’m to blame. What ever happened to setting people up for success?

Sweet nose, but then a hit of savory spice on the tongue with an insanely long finish that is all cigar.

I wouldn’t drink this with a cigar, because you wouldn’t notice it, but it’s insane how much that finish lingers and mimics the mouth tingle after smoking a cigar.

I work in a midsize firm and we have the basic subscription to westlaw, which doesn’t include the ability to see filed briefs, motions, etc without incurring additional costs. I’m wondering if there is a service in the NJ/PA area that gives you access to previously filed motions and briefs? So if I’m drafting a summary judgment I could search the service and find a similar one. If this doesn’t exist.. I think I found the next million dollar idea lol
