I am bold and I say “I just said said that.” 😂
Same. My go to is “right. That’s what I just said.”
I mention it after like they did me a favor “hey, thank you for [reiterating my point] during the meeting, it didn’t seem to land when I brought it up and I’m glad you doubled back.” Men can be oblivious that it’s an issue and this approach avoids male defensiveness while identifying the issue/reclaiming credit. YMMV but I’m lucky to work with oblivious men that want to be allies.

I struggle with this. Of course if it wasn’t intentional and they are good guys who want to be allies, I don’t want to approach in a way that will put them off, but at the same time, I don’t think I have the patience at this point to teach grown adults how to be decent people. Ugh.
Dealing with sexism is effing exhausting. I know you all get it. Just venting.
A2 and A3’s approaches are great and I would pick whichever one feels more natural or doable to you. Also works really well if you can recruit an ally (man or woman) to point it out for you, but I know that’s not always an option if you don’t have a friend or supporter like that
