H1B for Brazilians is capped to 2 years due to reciprocity. Does that mean we get another renewal chance or are we only up for 4 years total?

If you join pwc with an approved I140, do they start the green card transfer (perm, i140) immediately ? I was told by recruiter it will start immediately after H1 transfer . I Wanted to know how true this is if anyone been through this

I’ve been on an H1B for many years with an approved I-140. Can I work outside of the US for 1 year (in Canada where I am a permanent resident) and come back on an L1? I understand the green card processing time on L1 is significantly faster.

Hi Everyone - Need some insights. My PERM process was started by company in Feb’22 (currently awaiting wage determination, submitted to DOL in May’22). Its been months and DOL is working on requests from Jan’22. My H1B expires for good in Oct’23 (with all the recapture). Is there any chance I’ll have my PERM completed by then? I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ.
