What’s something you do that you'd say is different from other companies in the candidate experience? We started sending out ‘thank you’ emails after interviews, and it's been a huge game-changer. Candidates send in such heartfelt messages. I guess it's a simple gesture, but hugely appreciated. Share something you feel is an underrated aspect of the candidate experience that makes a big impact!

That's nice of you all. We do our best to keep our process as transparent and accessible to our candidates as possible. We make it a point to set expectations early about timelines and next steps, and we provide updates even if there’s no new news yet. This transparency reduces candidate anxiety and shows respect for their time and effort. It also helps build trust and a positive impression of the company, which can make a big difference in attracting and retaining top talent, especially in competitive markets.

wow this is great

Wow, I really like that. One thing that we do differently is provide feedback about why a candidate wasn't selected when they ask. We strive to provide thoughtful responses and offer constructive, actionable feedback about their performance or experience, based on our perspectives. Many people are grateful for the insight.

love this!

We are very transparent about where we are in the process, and we do our best not to lead any candidates on.

Folks, investing newbie here. Planning on using the Bogleheads recommended 3 fund portfolio. Opened a tIRA with Fidelity and have been reading about their 4 fund portfolio which is in line with Bogleheads.
Question: I'm looking for a step by step video on how to go about selecting investment options. As a newbie, I know what I want to invest in, but I'm not sure how to do it. Any tutorial videos that walk you through the process? E.g.- click here to select, click there to confirm.
