What's your answer to "What are your strengths?" How about "What are your weaknesses?" What's the trick for answering correctly? I find myself having a hard time coming up with solid answers for those, which I guess you could say is one of my weaknesses 😂

Really, when asked what my weakness is, I always want to say I suck at coming up with clever answers to that stupid question. But, of course I don't do that. Maybe someday. I think you can't go wrong telling a tale of how you overcame some adversity. So your strength is how you conquered some problem, and conversely your weakness was the problem and you conquered it.

My weakness is empathy (medical condition I can't help) and my strength is communication and efficiency

You have a medical condition that makes you empathetic? Or the medical conditions makes empathy your weakness?

For my weakness I have always said that I am a workaholic and I have to see something thru from start to finish. I feel like employers see that as a positive instead of a negative so it has always been my go to answer. As far as strengths I usually say that I am a leader and I have great communication skills.

Is it fairly smooth to transition to CDI without inpatient coding experience? I have my RHIA but have been apprehensive to get into CDI. I feel like I have transferable skills from my background in profee coding, coding educator and having payor side experience. Is it necessary to get IP coding experience or just jump ship for the challenge?

This is one of my favorite couples from the show. While Steven was quite immature during the show, it seemed like he was just young and wanted to be a good dad. They've been together as a family for a while now, he has taken up yoga to manage his temper issues, she has a career on the side as a photographer and they seem happy. I hope their social media is a true representation of their lives and I hope they are truly happy together with their little son 😊
