We’re looking at improving our Vacation/Sick program. We currently offer 10 days after 1 year of vacation and that’s where it stays indefinitely; for all positions. Plus 5 days of sick after 90 days. We have 150 employees in the US, mostly in NY and CA plus several remote employees throughout the country. What are your companies offering your teams?

Hi I recently accepted an offer. The HR manager asked me if I was vaccinated I said no. So she sent me a form to sign for “religious beliefs”. I choose not to be vaccinated. Any ideas on what I should write on the form or explain myself.

Been looking for a Human Resources Assistant/ Coordinating Position. I'm currently working as a part time Hr Assistant/Coordinator and part time Assistant Manager at my job. I've been applying for a few months for a full time HR Assistant/ HR Coordinator role and have had a few interviews. I have mainly been using indeed and LinkedIn to apply for jobs and I live in New Jersey. What advice can you give? What job boards do you think are best? I have my updated resume and cover letter if necessary.

Any success stories of quitting your job because it wasn’t worth it, with very little savings or a job lined up?

I’ve had a fair amount of success in a couple of direct sales ventures, but I’ve ultimately never risen to the top because I’m not a great teambuilder. I’m trying to figure out how to pivot my career & make something from the skills I learned there, but I’m not really sure what that would look like because I never saw myself getting into sales in the first place. Where should I go from here? What is the pay structure typically like in entry-level sales jobs?

Does anyone have any recommendations for regional sales/recruiting manager roles in the Nashville area that pays a livable Salary plus commissions. I have been in Sales for 15 years, and management roles for over 5. I moved to TN in 2019 right before the pandemic and it has been one thing after the next. I have considered tech sales courses to get into that but I love working for staffing companies, managing clients/recruiters/other sales staff and being in the field as well as in the office.

What are your experiences on accepting an offer for a sales position, and before the start date of that role one is given a better offer elsewhere, to which one accepts and begin at that job? Curious, and wondering if today’s hiring market factors into the answer?

Hi, I've recently been applying to a lot of tech companies in hopes of landing a more sales-orientated job. For my job, I service 200+ accounts monthly generating under half a million a year. Along with servicing the accounts I also perform the tasks of, AR collection, direct sales, generating leads, building and managing customer relationships, and also managing my client's inventory.

I've applied to a few places like HubSpot, Grammarly, and LinkedIn.
But I want to know what they look for

Failed BEC last year. Taking 3-4 weeks off to study for BEC after busy season. Is this enough time? Any study plan recommendations? (i.e. week 1 read text, take notes, week 2 multiple choice, etc.)
