Mine is kind of in the same area, something like you can take the lead on it. Which means I actually get to make decisions and choices on my own! Without having to run everything by somebody else. Now we will touch base and make sure everyone is on the same page, but I get so much more done that way.

There are no sweeter words then hearing "looks great, no edits" or my boss will tell me "I trust you, I don't need to look over it." When he says that I immediately think "well crap what if there is a mistake" hahah but I think that is natural. I try not to let imposter syndrome get the best of me.

Legit music to my ears
"Every time I look at you, all I think is you are a gift from God." That was from volunteers, but to me, that is the ultimate compliment. Right behind that is when the guests say how much they missed me, how happy they are to see me, or just "We love you."
Something to let me know others appreciate what I do. That really makes the long hours and low pay worth it all. That's the point of working for a non profit, to help others. To lift them up.
