Where do I sign up? If companies expect us to be on call 24/7, responding to emails at all hours, they should at least let us recharge during the day. A quick 20-minute nap could make the difference between me being productive or just staring at my screen pretending to work. It's already done in so many countries, it's time for us to catch on.
