Hi. So I'm about to begin employment with United HealthGroup. It will be for Medicare recipients. I have some years experience with Medicaid. Any advice? I know, at first, it'll be working on the phones. Any thoughts also on how to get off the phones or how to move into other positions? Thank you.

You'll have to prove yourself on the phones for at least a few months, or more, until they move you off.

Thank you. I was working so hard for another company for over a year. I had many times of compliments and kudos for the members I was serving, but was never recognized. I was tired of giving my all after a while.

Give it your all, stay patient, offer to help in as many other ways as possible and you'll slowly start to climb the ranks.

That is my hope and prayer...thank you.

Hey! I’m working as a Medicaid coordinator at a hospital currently. Would United HealthGroup be considered a lateral move? I’m looking to get out of my current role.

Hi Investment 🐠,

I want to buy a condo or house that’s a part of a resort community with a rental program, with the idea that I rent it out 99% of the year, and am looking to crowdsource suggestions. It can be in any high end ski, beach, or golf destination within an 8 hour flight radius of New York, with the US, France, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, or Spain preferred. Areas with limited forest fire/hurricane risk are a plus. At least two bedrooms/bathrooms, max budget of $1m. Thanks!

I have offers from both United Health Group and Atlassian for a Senior Financial Analyst position. Similar Comp (Atlassian slightly higher due to stock options). Coming from another healthcare company as a SFA, does anyone have experience at either company? In the long term, does Atlassian look better on a resume/work experience due to the Tech/Software space? Seems like their culture is great, but a much higher work load due to the nature of the company. Thanks! Happy to answer DM's too

Recruiting for a Corporate Strategy role (individual contributor) for a non-profit focused on the Accounting & Finance professions.

Role is fully remote (no travel), incredible WLB (seriously), and comp is $85-$110K (all base, no bonus), depending on experience, which for this role, we are targeting 2-6 years of consulting, strategy, or other similar experience. This should be considered a pre-MBA role.

DM me for additional details if interested. Thank you!
