Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

For the hours worked, pharma pays extremely well
What position are you in?
Better work life balance and great pay. Reality has matched up with my expectations so far. Really love where I'm working -- really interesting, meaningful work, supportive team and company culture, very chill overall (especially compared to consulting) and pays extremely well
If you are willing, I’d love to hear about your experience switching from consulting into pharma/industry! I am trying to make that move now, but have found it tough breaking in. I have about 7YOE in pharma consulting on commercial and medical.
It’s an industry that is almost always in need of financial and/or budget analysts, both experienced and green. Worked as an analyst in non-pharma industries and it’s very similar work at its core.
Better money and more diverse than academia
After Covid it was clear pharma is one of the few industries that will outlast most unprecedented events
It’s just as you’d expect - a lot of personality, little empathy and only a few people who understand
Fell into it because it was what was hiring when I graduated into the pandemic. Really enjoy the work though, and it definitely pays better than other industries
Similar here. Pharma was the industry that was hiring when I was in the job market at the turn of the century. Very happy that I ended up here. Intellectually stimulating work, great colleagues, pretty good pay, lots of time off, good work/life balance overall
