Would you consider the chance to work abroad for a period of time a valuable perk? My company offers rotation opportunities in Europe for 6 months to a year, and a few of my coworkers who’ve taken it absolutely loved the experience. I’m really starting to see the appeal. Curious if others see international assignments as a meaningful part of career growth or just a nice-to-have.
