I would put together a competitive wage report for other businesses in the area. Call them and ask their starting wages. Present it to the employer so you have facts.

That’s actually a great idea! Perhaps if I compile this list, it’ll put in perspective that they need to be more competitive with pay

I would leave and find a better job, thats how jobs work. Some people don’t know how to run business and shouldn’t, if the pay isn’t there where I stay isn’t there😅

Thoughts on PERI? Looks undervalued compared to MGNI and APPS

Been in Seattle for ~1 year and something I’ve observed is the constant s*it-talking of the city from the locals. Is this because they haven’t experienced other places? While the current homelessness in the city needs to be handled, crime is still relatively low compared to other major cities. The complaints about gloominess also seems a bit dramatic. I’m from the NE and am so grateful to not be dealing with snowy winters and sweltering summers.

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.
