Any one from IBM ?
I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?

1-4 days depending upon my workload
I try to make an effort and go at least 4 times a week, I usually scatter these days around the week taking into consideration how much work I have piled up, but I made a commitment to myself to work on my body to have a healthier future, so I'm sticking to my goals!

6 times in a week
Not Gym but Cult Fitness..
6 days in a week.. 2 sessions per day
That's about 12 hrs per week
I'm a short 5'5 guy. I weighted 85 by 2020 end. I could go 6 days a week only thanks to wfh. I work 10am-7.30pm and hit gym from 7.45-9.30, work again from 11pm-1am
